Spring Boohoo Haul

If I was to have a relationship status with Boohoo I would definitely label it 'it's complicated'. Over winter I rarely find myself drawn to any of the things on their website but as soon as spring/summer hits I fall head over heels and cheat on all the other shops with this website. For summer essentials Boohoo just hit the spot, their stuff is really reasonably priced and also good quality. This was just a little order I made but before I jet off on holiday next month I will be revisiting site and getting my hands on a few more bits and pieces,

So the first 2 things I purchased are both statement necklaces. I have been really liking wearing more simple clothes and then accesserising with big beautiful necklaces, only problem is I don't have many statements necklaces and the ones I do have are from Primark so have pretty much fallen apart!! I picked up these 2 because I think they are both absoloutely stunning and will be perfect as we get further into spring. The first one, Jessica Jewel Embellished Necklace, is a beautiful deep blue and gold colour. I have already worn this a couple of times and it is great for just jazzing up a plain outfit. When I first received it I was a bit worried that it looked slightly to garish and big but it actually looks lovely on.

Now the next necklace, Imogen Coloured Stone Necklace, was the one thing I was most excited about because I loved the pastel shades against silver but this one came broken!! I was really disappointed because I actually wanted to wear it straight away. I have emailed Boohoo (who haven't actually replied yet!!) and I will be changing it for a non broken one as I really really love this. What do you guys think of statement necklaces? Yay or Nay??

The other two things I purchased are actually footwear. I rarely ever buy shoes and when I do I never ever buy trainers! So this next purchase is a very different buy for me. The Cady Canvas Lace Up Trainers , basically just look like converses but are only £10. I was a little doubtful of how often I would wear these but I have been wearing them pretty much every day. First off I think they look great with everything, jeans, dresses, skirts, you name it they look good. And secondly these are so incredibly comfy!! I have been wearing boots since about September so it is lovely to slip into something a little more comfy.

Finally I bought these lovely Carmen Bow Trim Jelly Flip Flops. These are just nude flip flops with a really lovely lace and bow detail. Like I said I am going away next month so I think these will just be great for that. I plan on wearing them during the day and at night time and I just think they are really cute!

So that it is it for my first Boohoo haul of the season. Like I said I will be going back and probably picking up a few more bits before summer is over so let me know if you would like to see another Boohoo haul in the future. Thank you to everyone who has started following me on Bloglovin', I get so excited when I see I have a new follower. I am slowly but surely approaching 100 followers which may not seem like a lot but I never thought anyone except my mum would read this so 100 is amazing!! If 100 ever does happen (I hope so!) I will be doing a little giveaway to say thank you for all the support. Anyway please come back Tuesday for my monthly favourites and hope you enjoyed, thanks for reading,

My Favourite Posts #1

This is a new little series that I am going to start doing. I'm not sure yet how often I am going to do it but probably monthly. So this is basically going to be me talking about my favourite blog posts that I have been reading recently,

RebeccaAnnBeauty- When in Rome- I'm little bit biased towards this post because she is my friend but I really enjoyed looking through all her holiday photos, outfits and food! It made me really want to go to Rome and super excited for my upcoming holiday!!

Raspberry Kiss- Another Huge Make Up Revolution Haul- This post made me want to buy everything she bought!! I had placed an order of some Make Up Revolution stuff a couple of days before reading this and it made me want the products there and then and also order everything she had!

A Beauty Junkie in London- Kiko Product Picks- Until recently I hadn't heard too much about Kiko but now it seems like everyone is talking about it! This post was great because it talked about so many products I had already been eyeing up. I am heading to London next weekend so hopefully I can pop into one of the stores and pick up a few things.

Meg's Boutique- Black, White and Blue OOTD- This was one of the cutest OOTD's I have seen on Meg's blog. I love the Primark pinafore and the cute socks with the boots is just gorgeous! It has inspired me to look around for a pinafore and when I get one I will basically copy this whole outfit, so thanks Meg!

So that is just a few of my favourite posts from the last couple of weeks, I'm sure you have read all of them but if not check them out!! Make sure to follow me on Bloglovin' and Instagram and leave a comment below of your favourite posts recently! Please come back tomorrow where I'll be showing you some bits I got from Boohoo!! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

I Went Shopping, Again!

As usual I popped into Superdrug to get one thing and ended up leaving with 4 items, none of which are what I went in there to get!! As I got some things I am really excited about though I decided to share the excitement with you,

So I have really fallen out of love with the Batiste dry shampoo, it is just making my hair more greasy and leaves me looking like I have really bad dandruff, not very attractive. So I wanted to pick up a new one and I think I had heard some good things about the Dove Refresh and Care Dry Shampoo so I decided to pick that one up! I have used it a couple of times already and so far so good. The smell is much nicer than other dry shampoos I have tried and it doesn't leave horrible white bits in my hair!!

Staying on the Dove theme I also picked up the Dove Summer Glow Nourishing Lotion. This gradual tan has been super hyped up in the Blogosphere so I was so so excited to try this out! I haven't actually had a chance to give this one a go yet but I am expecting good things. Have any of you tried it and what do you think?

Next up I finally got my hands on 2 of the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Liquid Lipstick in Frambourjois and Hot Pepper. Again I have heard so so so much about these amazing lipsticks and I'm so happy to finally have them. These go on your lips as a liquid and then dry lovely and matte. I have had a bit of a problem with matte lipsticks in the past and have found that they tend to make my lips look dry and horrible but these just make your lips look fantastic!! The colour lasts for so long, you can literally eat, drink, do whatever and the colour stays. I am very impressed with these and will probably do a full review at some point.

So that was quite a small haul but all things I am really excited about using. What have you guys been purchasing recently? Make sure to come back on Friday for a post all about my favourite blog posts from the last month! Please follow me on Instagram (where I post something most days) and also on Bloglovin so you know whenever I post something! Hope you enjoy and thanks for reading,

THE BEST FOUNDATION EVER REVIEW, maybe?

Just thinking about writing this post makes me weirdly excited. It is rare that I find any product that I think is flawless, even my favourite beauty products have a few faults in my eyes but finally it has happened I have found the most perfect foundation, FACT.

I think I finally decided to spend the £31 in Space NK for this about October/November last year and although at the time it felt like a lot of money to spend on one thing, I don't regret it at all. This is my first high end foundation purchase so everything from the colour matching to actually handing over my card was very exciting for me! I am colour Santa Fe which I think is a perfect match for me but 2 of my housemates have also been colour matched and they are also both Santa Fe yet we are all completely different skin toned so I don't really know how that works??

I reserve Nars Sheer Glow for nights out and special occasions because I want to try and make this last as long as possible! I tend to use my Real Techniques Buffing Brush to apply this and then my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge to further blend and give a really flawless finish. This does have a SPF but I have rarely ever seen a flashback on this which is great because I mostly wear it on picture taking occasions.

Whilst writing this I have been trying really hard to try and find some sort of criticism of this but I really can't. I guess everyone will have their opinion of this and for some skin tones/types this may not be amazing but I love it. My only tiny tiny critique is that it comes without a pump, which means it can get a little messy but I don't really mind that too much. you are going to invest in a high end foundation and are unsure which one it should be then you should take note and get to Space NK quick!!

I know this was a very biased review of this foundation but I hope you found it at least a little useful. Have you tried this foundation? And what do you think of it? Remember to please follow me on Bloglovin and also on Instagram to see what I am up to on a daily basis. Check back here Wednesday to see

Favourite New Product of The Month #1

This is going to be a new monthly series in which I shall be talking about one new purchase that has stood out as my favourite for the month. This month I am going to be talking about a new cleanser that I have been using.

Last month I finished the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser which I ended up really liking but I was a bit bored of cream cleansers and wanted to try a cleansing balm. When I saw that the Botanics Hot Cloth Cleansing Balm was on offer in Boots I couldn't resist and wanted to try it out. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and so far I am quite impressed.

I have never used a balm before so I was quite cautious of the texture of this but I was pleasantly surprised. This rubs into the skin amazingly and turns into an oil like texture which gets rid of your make up and also leaves your skin feeling really clean and fresh. I tend to massage this into my face for about a minute or so and then use the hot cloth to soak it off.

Your skin is left feeling a little greasy which I am not a massive of but in the end it does leave
your skin very very soft! Because of the slight greasy feel it leaves on your skin I only really use this cleanser before bed because I think if you used it in the morning before applying make up your skin would be left feeling a little too oily. I have combination skin so for me this has the perfect amount of oiliness (is that a word), enough to keep my dry skin hydrated but not too much that I look like a greasy mess!! If you have more oily skin I am not sure this product would be great for you though.

The colour of this is a bit strange but I actually quite like how bright it is! This cleanser has a really nice fresh smell to it and is 97% organic which I think is great. I have used this 15ish times now and it doesn't even look like I have used that much so I reckon this 70 ml container will last me a while.

Overall I am surprisingly happy with this product! I think that for some people this may feel too greasy on the skin but it doesn't bother me too much and I also feel like I need the natural oils for hydration. If you are curious about cleansing balms I would give this a go before investing in a much pricey option, as for £6.49 this is a steal!! Please come back Monday to see a review of a high end foundation which was love at first blend! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

Make Up Shake Up

When I find products I really like I tend to stick to those and the other products in my stash tend to get forgotten about but since I posted my Everyday Make Up post last week I have been trying to have a make up shake up! I've gone back into my collection and tried to use some of the products I had almost forgotten about. Now after a week or so of messing around with different make up here are my favourite things that I had forgotten all about!

First up is a foundation and it is the Bourjois Healthy Mix Fondation, I first started using this some when last year and I really really liked it but after purchasing Nars Sheer Glow and
Revlon Nearly Naked this got put at the back of the drawer. I have now used this most days in the last week and I completely love it again, this is a medium coverage foundation that leaves your skin looking beautiful and dewy, perfect for spring. As we head further into spring/summer I am going to make sure that this is in arms reach because I think it is a great foundation!

Now this isn't one product in particular but just a whole collection of blushers. Last summer I went through a stage of purchasing quite a few Natural Collections blushes. As you can see from the photo I have quite a few and I love them all equally. These all have such good pigmentation and are just stunning colours, most of the ones I have are pinky toned. I think these are all really great blushers but for me they don't have great lasting power but are still in my most loved list!

In recent months, when it comes to brows, I have been turning to my Body Shop Chocolate Linger eyeshadow and the Maybelline BROWdrama , which are both absoloutely fabulous. But when looking through my collection I refound the MUA Pro Brow Ultimate Eyebrow Kit and remembered how good this is! I think this little kit is only £3/4, which is amazing for how good quality this product is. It comes with 2 colours, a light ashy colour and a darker brown colour, for me a mix of both looks really lovely but I do sometimes just use the light ash brown colour when I am going for a more natural look. I really can not say enough good things about this product but if you haven't already tried it I would thoroughly recommend it.

Last but not least and again a collection of things, and this time I have rediscovered the Maybelline Colour 24hr Tattoos. Since getting the Naked palettes I have rarely strayed from using them but since finding these I have been grabbing these more often than not. These are great as a base before powder shadows but are also great on their own. A couple of the ones I have have dried out a bit but the colour you get from them is still amazing.

So that is all for my make up shake up, have you guys rediscovered any favourites recently? Please come back Saturday where I shall be talking about my favourite new product of the month! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

First of sorry! Because of an awful hangover and a long day at work this post is a day late but it is better late than never!!

I bought this cleansing water a month or so ago after my Bioderma Solution Micellaire ran out. I honestly wasn't expecting this to be that good but after reading a couple of reviews online I wanted to give it a go and I am very glad I did. This comes in a fairly big bottle (400ml) and is such a good price for the amount you get! I have been using this loads and it less than half gone, amazing!

This product feels so lovely on your skin whilst you are using it and you can really tell that it is cleansing your skin. This is perfect for when you are feeling lazy and can't be bothered to do a full cleansing routine (which I often am too lazy to do). It is also great at removing really heavy make up and waterproof mascara without too much scrubbing at your eyes!

I would recommend not using too much of this on a cotton pad as I think when you use a lot it can leave your face a bit too wet! But no matter how much you use, this doesn't leave any kind of residue on your skin at all which is fabulous.

This might seem extreme but I never thought that I would find a cleansing water that rivalled
Bioderma, but I am so pleased to say that I actually have!! This product is so great and I really think that my skin has improved because of this water. So from me this gets a massive thumbs up! If you are in the market for a great make up remover you should pop down to Boots and get your hands on this!!

So that is all for my rave review of this product, I hoped you found it helpful and please come back tomorrow where I'll be talking about some forgotten make up loves! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

April Empties

WARNING!! This post contains a lot of candles!!

Yes! My name is Laura and I am a candleaholic. I'm sorry but I like a nice smelling room and that means I get through my fair share of candles. I have recently purchased a wax burner and I think it may have been one of the best decisions of my life. Also I apologise now as I am rubbish at describing smells!! Anyway here is a look inside my bin,

First I'll start with all the candles, just to get them all out of the way!! So at the end of last year I discovered a brand called Village Candles, as you can see they look very much like Yankee Candles but are much much cheaper!! Over Christmas time I managed to burn my way through 2 of the Spiced Pumpkin scent and also one of the Brownie Delight scents. My personal favourite was the Spiced Pumpkin which just smells absoloutely fabulous. I have never tasted pumpkin pie before but I imagine it tastes how this smells! I did like the Brownie Delight but at times this can get very sickly, the boyfriend really enjoys this smell though so I mostly saved it for when he was around!

Now more candles, these are just random ones that I have got through since the new year. First up is the Everyday Luxe Cozy Campfire, I actually bought this as a Christmas present for my Mum but after getting home I just loved the smell so much that I had to keep it. I don't think it really smells like a campfire but it does smell cosy! I bought this from TK Maxx  so it is unlikely I will find this exact one in there again but if I do I will definitely be repurchasing. The lovely cupcake shaped candle is the Primark Strawberry Cheesecake scented candle, this was a Christmas present but I didn't end up using it until recently. This smelt really lovely and exactly how it is described but didn't burn for very long which was quite disappointing. I haven't tried too many candles from Primark but would love to try more. If you guys have any recommendations then let me know! Now onto the final candle and also possibly my favourite! I have had this candle for ages but had left it at home before starting Uni (nearly 2 years ago) but when I went home recently I found it and couldn't stop burning it. The Urban Outfitters Fig and Wild Pear candle smells beautifully rich but also quite fresh, it fills the whole room with the smell and is just fabulous! If they still sell these in Urban Outfitters I will definitely pick another one up!!

Now onto the beauty related stuff!! (I am thinking at this point I should of made this into 2 posts!!) Firstly skincare related stuff, only a couple of days ago I finished my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. When I first got this I didn't really understand the hype around it but in the last couple of weeks I have really enjoyed it. I am not a massive fan of the smell (rosemary, chamomile and cocoa butter) but I think the product itself has done wonders for my skin! My skin has been feeling beautiful and soft all the time and I have had hardly any breakouts! When I have had breakouts though I have been using the Lush Catastrophe Cosmetic Fresh Face Mask. I really like how this product is fresh so it feels like you are putting good things onto your skin! For me the only downside to this product is that you have to keep it in the fridge, I live with 3 friends and we don't have a massive fridge so this takes up space that I would prefer to use for food!!

I have also used a bottle of the Simple Kind To Eyes Eye Make Up Remover. I wasn't that thrilled with this product, I have had eye make up removers that remove waterproof make up better but this is pretty cheap so for the price it was fine. Now my favourite empty product this month has to be the Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Toner. This really does do what it says it does!! If I have a spot, after using this for a couple of days it completely vanishes. This is the only toner I have ever used and I already had a back up waiting for when this bad boy ran out!!

Onto my final couple of items!! (I am sorry this is so long) For some reason I have an empty conditioner but no shampoo?? I don't really have one holy grail shampoo that I always buy but Herbal Essences  is a brand I trust. The Uplifting Volume Volumising Conditioner smelt lovely and fresh but didn't really do much in terms of adding any volume unfortunately. Something that does help volume however is the V05 Plump It Up Backcombing Spray I am not going to say too much about this because I talked about it in my monthly favourites, but basically it works!! Now my only make up empty and that is the Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara, this mascara is fabulous! The wand is the perfect size for your bottom lashes and gives such lovely length to them, I will definitely be repurchasing!!

Now finally and maybe this is too personal but I have finished the FemFresh Daily Intimate Wash. This is a shower gel especially for your lady parts. Now this might be too much information but I like a clean lady area and this really helps to keep you feeling fresh and clean all day, I thoroughly recommend. I am sorry if that was too personal but it is a good product!!

WOW!! That was a lot of stuff!! I am sorry if you were bored but hopefully this was quite interesting!! What have you used up recently, any recommendations?? Make sure you pop by Tuesday where I will be reviewing a great make up remover, (any guesses which one??), Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

April Lust List

As a student my budget can be very tight sometimes but we recently just received the last chunk of loan for the year so in my book that means shopping time!! I haven't actually bought too much yet but this is just a few of the bits that I can't wait to buy this month,

1. Zara Multicolour Effect Collar, £19.99- In the last couple of weeks I have been really wanting a bright summery statement necklace and when browsing through the Zara website this looked like the perfect one!

2. Nars Laguna Bronzer, £26- This is a famous bronzer in the beauty world and one that I so very desperately want. I really want a good high quality matte bronzer for contouring and although this is pricey I have been told it is worth the money. It is on ASOS so if you are a student you can get 10% student discount on this if you buy it through there.

3. H&M Bikini, £7.99 for bottoms and top £12.99- I am on a massive beach body diet ready for my holiday at the end of May and if I get in shape this bikini will be my little treat to myself. I think the pattern is really cute and the style will hopefully be quite flattering. I am also lusting over the models body (does that sound weird?) I want that flat stomach!!

1. Topshop Glow Stick in Spotlight, £10- I am quite a big fan of Topshop make up but I am yet to try any of those Glow Sticks, this beautiful peachy gold colour really caught my eye and I like that it is a cream product, I think they are perfect for spring/summer.

2. Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb, £49.50 for 30ml- I have smelt this countless times and always really liked the smell but the really really high price tag has always put me off. However I have decided to try and save my Boots points and hopefully in the near future have enough to buy this beauty!! (right now I have £11 worth so I am well on my way!)

3. Urban Decay De-slick Make Up Setting Spray, £20- The hotter weather means my skin will be starting to get oily and not very attractive so I am hoping the purchase of this setting spray will help my make up look lovely even in the hottest of weather. I mentioned in my last post that I have the Naked palettes now and I have really really loved using all of them so I am very keen to try some more Urban Decay products.

They are my top 6 lusts of the month. I will do a little update at the end of April and let you know how many of these things, if any, I end up treating myself too!! Come back Sunday where I will be having a little look through my rubbish and showing you what I have used up recently. Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

I recently finally got my hands on ALL yes ALL of the Naked palettes and after playing around with all 3 for the last month or so I have fallen most in love with the Naked 3 Palette. This is now what I lean for every single morning when I'm getting ready and it is just amazing!! My everyday make up is pretty simple with glowy skin and a mostly neutral lip, it is all about the eyes for me!! So here is a little look at the make up I have been rubbing on my face recently!! (All the products will be listed below)

Fruit Salad Threesome

Over the last couple of weeks we have seen the first signs of spring/summer and for me that means chucking away the winter products and grabbing my favourite fruity scents to get me in the summer mood!! This combination of Body Shop products have been my absolute favourite things over the last couple of weeks and they leave you smelling like a beautiful summer human fruit salad. So let me talk you through my threesome,

First up is the Body Shop Satsuma Shower Gel. I have tried a couple of their body washes but this one is by far my favourite one! The smell is so sweet and fresh and it lingers in the house ages after you have finished in the shower. This is the perfect scent for spring/summer and I will definitely be getting another bottle of this after mine is done.

Next to the party comes the Body Shop Coconut Cream Body Scrub. This is a very recent purchase and I have only used it a handful of times but I can already tell that I am going to love it. I have previously had the Vineyard Peach version of this but I think I prefer the coconut one! The texture of these scrubs is really lovely, the scrub bits in it (I don't know the official name!!) are quite large so it gives a gentle scrub and the creamy texture leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft after you get out the shower. If you want a really intense scrub you may want to use exfoliating gloves with this though as it is fairly gentle.

Now onto the last but not least addition to my smell sensation and that is the Body Shop Papaya Body Butter. I have had this body butter since the summer and I'm sure I have talked about this before but I still love it. This is probably one of my favourite scents out of all the Body Butters as it is just so fruity and delicious I could probably eat it!! The Body Butter itself is creamy and just melts into your skin leaving it moisturised all day. The scent lingers on your skin for a good couple of hours after you have used it as well which is great!!

Ok so that is all the products that make my ultimate threesome! I am pretty sure that I shall be using this combo of products for the rest of summer, it is just so good!! Come back Wednesday when I shall be talking about my current everyday make up routine!! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading,

Mini Boots Haul

I was home last weekend to celebrate Mothers Day and before I headed back to Brighton I had to have a yummy sushi lunch and mini boots shop with my friend RebeccaAnnBeauty. I really didn't buy much but here is what I got!

V05 are still doing there 2 products for £5 deal so I couldn't resist picking up my favourite texturising spray V05 Give Me Texture Dry Texturising Spray. I have already mentioned this product in my March Favourites but basically I really like it and it really works. This one that I picked up however was slightly different because it has sea salt in which means it is better for using on loose hair rather than updos. I wasn't sure what else to get as I am not massive fan of anything else from their range but in the end decided on the V05 Plump It Up Amplifying Blow Dry Lotion. This is again suppose to help with volume and also doubles as a heat protector. I have previously used one of their heat protectors before and really didn't enjoy it so hopefully this one is better.

Next up they had a 3 for 2 deal on some of the travel size mini products so I picked up 3 of those. The first 2 products are from Soap and Glory (probably my favourite brand at Boots) and they are the Anti Bacterial hand gel Hand Maid and Hand Food their very lovely handcream. Like most people I enjoy having clean hands but I am not a massive fan of the natural sent of hand gels so finding a flavoured one is perfect. This smells very similar to their hand cream so I think the 2 will compliment each other nicely. I got a mini version of the handcream because I thought it would be perfect to just chuck in my bag.

Finally I got these little Nivea Refreshing Facial Cleansing Wipes. In retrospect I'm not 100% sure why I picked these but I have since managed to come up with a few uses for them! They are obviously perfect for holiday as they contain 7 wipes, so that's a wipe a day if you are away for a week. But I think I am going to keep these in my bag and use them for when I have swatched make up. In Boots they don't have tissues next to the displays so these will be perfect for this occasion!

OK! That's the haul all done, as I said it is a very very small haul but I wanted to share it with you anyway! My next post will be a look into my favourite threesome! So make sure you come back this weekend to check that one out!! Hope you enjoyed and Thanks for reading,

March Favourites

Now it has been a hell of a long time since I did one of these! I have been behaving myself very well recently and haven't actually bought too many new products so most of these are either rediscovered treasures or products I have finally got round to using!

First up is a hair product. My hair is fairly low maintenance as I don't really have much of a style and it is normally pretty easy to style but the real problem my hair has is volume! It is a rare occasion that I leave the house with beautiful voluminous hair and if it is like that, it is down to this V05 Plump It Up Dry Backcombing Spray. I picked this up a while ago when there was a buy 2 for £5 deal on along with a heat protection spray (don't really like that product) and I have really enjoyed using it! It basically does what it says on the bottle which is great and gives my hair enough volume to make it almost look good! The only problem I have with this is that it makes your hair quite greasy. I can normally get away with washing my hair twice a week but if I use this I have to wash my hair about every 2 days, saying that I have just repurchased this so for an extra hair wash or 2 it is worth it!!

Next up is this beautiful lipgloss from Seventeen. I literally don't think I have purchased a lipgloss since I was about 12 but in the last couple of weeks I have been loving them! I picked this one up when there was a 3 for 2 offer on in Boots and I really really like it! The Seventeen Lip Lustre is a beautiful light pink colour with some pretty shimmer in it. I have been wearing this on its own but also over lipstick when I am going on nights out. I was really surprised by how nice this looked on the lips and also by the fact it is not at all sticky. This is the first lip product from Seventeen I have tried and I have to say I am really impressed. Have you guys tried their lip products? and what do you think of them? I also have to say I really like the name Queen of Diamonds, and I am a real sucker for a good name!!

Moving on to skincare and this has been my stand out skincare product for the last 6 months or so. In November I turned 20 and pretty much freaked out and decided it was the time to start using anti aging product! I had heard about the L'oreal Skin Perfection range before as it is specially aimed for people in their 20's so I thought I would give that a go. The L'oreal Skin Perfection Day Moisturiser is the best moisturiser I have ever had! My skin can still tend to be a little teenage in that I break out a fair amount and it gets oily but I really feel like this has done wonders! It is a little bit pricey (£14.99) for my student budget but the 50ml container lasts ages (my first one lasted from November to February). I am really keen to try more of the collection so let me know if you have tried any of it before!

My final beauty product and probably my favourite product I have ever mentioned on this blog and that is the MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Stereo Rose. This has been re released as part of the Fantasy of Flowers collection and when I first saw it in the shop I quite literally fell in love! I quite frankly do not have the words to talk about this I just love it so much, if you can get your hands on it please do it is absoloutely stunning and completely worth the money (and I never say that). Now please excuse me while I go and fangirl over this some more!

Decided to chuck one random favourite in to the mix and that is Frozen. For some reason I never got a chance to see this when it was on in the cinema but the other week me and the boyfriend finally sat down to watch it and within seconds I was a 5 year old again. This film really did remind me of some of the classic disney princess films which I loved as a kid. I just can't tell you how good this film is you just need to go watch it for yourselves! Parents, kids, teenagers, adults and grandparents will all love this film so just stop reading this and go watch it NOW!

Phew! That turned out to be a little longer than I intended but as it my first post in a long long long long time I had a lot to say!! Let me know below what your march favourites are? Come back again on Thursday where I'll share with you what I got on a recent shopping trip. Hope you enjoyed and Thanks for reading,
